Terms of use
The rules for using this site.
Short, because there is not much to it. By using livingstonehomes.org you agree to what follows.
Where this stands
This is a plain-language description of what we actually do today, not a long legal document. It is short because the website is simple: it stores nothing, tracks nothing, and loads nothing from any other company’s servers.
A fuller policy, reviewed by an attorney, will replace this page. If anything about how the site works changes before then, this page changes first. Last updated August 2026.
What this site is
- Information, not an offer
- This site describes Living Stone Homes, Inc. and its housing programs. It is not an offer, a contract, or a promise of assistance.
- Sending us a request creates no obligation
- All housing assistance depends on written eligibility criteria, available funding and materials, project feasibility, and documented board approval. We will always tell you honestly where a request stands. How we decide
- We do not perform licensed trades
- Living Stone Homes does not self-perform licensed construction, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or roofing work. That work is carried out by, or coordinated with, licensed contractor partners, with volunteers assisting under supervision. Nothing on this site is an offer to perform licensed contracting services.
- It is not professional advice
- Information here is general. It is not construction, legal, financial, or tax advice, and you should not rely on it as such.
- It does not accept contributions
- There is no donation form and no payment processor on this website. Why not, and what you can do instead
